But who really knows this cultural jack-of-all-trades, painter, pastelist, sculptor and jewellery designer, ceramist, graphic and industrial designer, designer of fabrics, stage sets and costumes?

As a craftsman, a poet and a scientist, Octave Landuyt immersed himself in the deepest structures of objects from nature. In his work, he always sought boundaries: those of his own knowledge, those of nature and those of life and death. An innovator!
