Rudi Knoops 

Rudi Knoops investigates the links between polyphonic music and the audio-visual. He focuses on links with literature, sciences and/or music. Visitors are challenged to enter the artwork and actively participate in the installation with all their senses, creating a very personal experience.  He does experimental research into the use of optical equipment to visualize musical polyphony, ending up with the 19th century phenomenon of dioramas, which he tries to convert into a contemporary interactive media formula.
