Renato Nicolodi - THE EMPTINESS OF SHADOW 

In the expo space of "Time Resumed," the emptiness of the shadow dominates, subtly over the grey and black sculptures of Renato Nicolodi. The void has many faces. Titles like Porticus, Tombeau, Observatory, Omnium Memoria spontaneously evoke the closed, dark world of the artist's visual language. Melancholy is omnipresent but also the subtle sensing and evocation of a perfect representation of the memory of the past in the present.
